IDSK Workforce Placement Programme

Connecting Emerging Interior Design Talent with Industry

A structured interior design placement programme connecting IDSK member firms and participating employers with vetted students, graduates and entry-level interior design candidates in Kenya.

About the programme

From design school into professional practice

The IDSK Workforce Placement Programme supports interior design recruitment in Kenya by connecting employers with students, graduates and entry-level candidates seeking structured entry into the industry.

The Interior Design Society of Kenya collects staffing requirements from member firms and participating employers. Beaux Monde conducts outreach to design schools and manages candidate onboarding, vetting, curation and placement.

Candidate capabilities may include interior design, technical drawing, project support, 3D rendering, illustration and spatial visualisation.

The programme covers internships, industrial attachments, graduate placements and entry-level interior design roles.
