IDSK Design Circle Brings Together Kenya’s Interior Designers and Premium Brands at Havit Showroom

The first-ever Design Circle hosted by Interior Designers Society of Kenya marked the beginning of a new industry-focused networking experience aimed at strengthening relationships between interior designers and premium suppliers in Kenya.

Held at the elegant Havit Showroom in Parklands, the intimate lunch and connect session brought together a select group of designers, creatives, and industry partners for meaningful conversations around collaboration, sourcing, and growth within the interior design industry.

A New Platform for Kenya’s Design Industry

The IDSK Design Circle was created to offer interior designers direct access to trusted premium brands while opening opportunities for project support, trade partnerships, exclusive discounts, and commission-based collaborations.

Unlike traditional networking events, the Design Circle focused on creating genuine relationships in a relaxed and curated setting. Designers had the opportunity to engage directly with suppliers, discover premium products, and explore ways to work together on future residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

Hosted by Havit Showroom

As the official host, Havit Showroom provided the perfect setting for the inaugural gathering. Known for its premium interior and furnishing solutions, the showroom reflected the level of sophistication and quality aligned with the vision of the Design Circle.

Guests experienced a warm atmosphere designed to encourage conversations, idea sharing, and relationship building among professionals shaping Kenya’s growing interior design scene.

Strengthening Designer–Supplier Relationships

One of the key goals of the event was to bridge the gap between interior designers and high-end suppliers by creating a more collaborative ecosystem.

Attendees gained insights into:

  • Trade partnership opportunities
  • Exclusive designer discounts
  • Product sourcing support
  • Supplier collaboration for projects
  • Industry networking opportunities

The session also highlighted the importance of partnerships in delivering better experiences for clients while elevating standards within Kenya’s interior design industry.

Growing the Interior Design Community in Kenya

The success of the first IDSK Design Circle signals a growing demand for more intentional industry gatherings that support collaboration, creativity, and business growth.

As the design industry in Kenya continues to evolve, initiatives like the Design Circle are expected to play a major role in connecting professionals, supporting emerging designers, and building stronger relationships between creatives and premium brands.

The event sets the tone for future editions that will continue bringing together the best of Kenya’s interior design and supplier community.
